FAQ
How do I book you?
To reserve your date, a PayPal retainer of $47 is required at the time of booking to secure your photoshoot. I understand that paying a deposit online can sometimes feel uncertain, which is why I use PayPal — a secure and trusted platform worldwide. Your retainer is safely processed, protected, and ensures that your date and time are reserved exclusively for you. Once the deposit is received, your session is officially confirmed and I begin preparing every detail with care and intention. Many clients book this way with complete peace of mind, knowing their payment is secure and their experience is in safe hands. The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of the photoshoot, preferably in Mauritian Rupees (cash). If local currency is not available, payment in Euros is also accepted. Alternatively, the balance may be completed via PayPal for your convenience. If you would prefer to pay in your local currency, kindly let me know and I will assist you with the arrangement. If you would like to receive an invoice for your records, I will be happy to provide one upon request.
What happen if it rains?
If it rains or if the session need to be postponed for whatever reason, I'll be happy to rescheduled a new date as far as I have available slots.
What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy ?
In the event that the Client cancels a reservation, the retainer fee is generally non-refundable, as it secures the date and serves as compensation for declined bookings. Severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain or unsafe conditions) that make the photoshoot impossible.
If the Client wishes to reschedule, the retainer will be transferred to the new date, provided the Photographer is available. No additional fee will be charged for the change of date under these conditions.
In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement photographer. If no replacement can be arranged, all payments received, including the retainer, will be fully refunded.
Please note that the delivery of photographs will only take place once the total balance has been paid in full. In the case of non-payment or partial payment, image delivery will be placed on hold until the account is settled.
What equipments do you use?
I use the latest professional camera equipment. I have 3 mirrorless high-end cameras ; Nikon Z6III, Nikon Z6II & Nikon Z5ii . I am also equipped with flash lighting in case of low lighting situations. I shoot on 2 cards simultaneously; 1 card as main storage and the 2nd as a backup. This way there is almost no possibility your images get corrupted or lost by accident.
Do you watermarked your photos?
No! I strongly believe you should have photos that are unmarked.
For how long you have been a photographer?
I learned film photography in university a long time ago, and have been in love with photography ever since. In 2009, I bought my first DSLR and never stop practicing since then. In 2016, I photographed my first wedding and quite my full time job as graphic designer in 2017. I am a happy full time wedding photographer for about 8 years now. Read a little more about me.
Will I have full ownership of the photos?
Yes, once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. I do, however, ask for credit by name for any businesses that use my work for any public or marketing purposes
